In 2017, Anthony Napoli founded the New Jersey office of Goodkind, taking on the challenge of building a regional presence from the ground up. Over the past seven years, he has successfully grown the office into a thriving operation, establishing a strong reputation for excellence in recruitment and talent acquisition. Through strategic hiring, client development, and a deep understanding of the market, Anthony transformed the NJ office into a key contributor to Goodkind’s overall success. His leadership has not only driven consistent year-over-year growth but also fostered a high-performing team culture rooted in accountability, collaboration, and results.

Currently, Anthony serves as the Senior Manager of the Recruiting practice and is tasked with the continued growth of the team and fortifying already strong relationships with all Partners across Wiss as well as adding his market intelligence over the past twelve years to help Wiss stay ahead and add further value to our clients.
