Travis has extensive knowledge in the areas of partnership and corporate taxation, income tax provisions (ASC 740), umbrella partnership C corporations (Up-C) structures, and transactional tax consulting. He has advised his clients on mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, and financing transactions for start-ups.

Travis primarily focuses on tax compliance and consulting for family-owned and investor-backed businesses, assisting his clients navigate the tax complexities through the various life cycles of their businesses from start-up to exit.
