Ezriel’s professional career spans a wide range of responsibilities. He served as a chief financial officer/controller/treasurer in private industry for over 20 years prior to transitioning into public accounting and public forensic accounting. As a Director in our Law Firm Services group, Ezriel provides forensic accounting, business valuation, and asset tracing to clients in a variety of areas including matrimonial matters, estate/family/shareholder disputes, damages calculations, gift and estate valuations, fraud investigations, and valuations of closely-held businesses and professional practices. He has testified as an expert witness in the State of New Jersey.
Ezriel advises counsel on briefing and discovery of accounting issues in complex litigation, and performs sufficiency of production reviews to identify and resolve critical gaps in evidence. His responsibilities include analyzing, summarizing and explaining accounting reports, financial statements, auditor workpapers, authoritative accounting literature and all related testimony, communications and other evidence.
