Brandon got his start as a jack-of-all-trades marketer at Skoda Minotti (Cleveland), helping power the firm’s trajectory through its acquisition by Marcum LLP. There, he redefined digital strategy and built scalable, revenue-generating campaigns across a range of complex service areas and industries—from real estate and construction to transaction advisory and life sciences. Most recently at Winding River Consulting, he specialized in helping high-growth accounting firms amplify their impact, designing inbound strategies that marry creativity with ROI. He also helped manage their Leadership Development programs, focused on guiding today’s top 400 firms to sustainable growth, strengthened power skills, deep practice management insights and the ability to lead their people with confidence.
