Ken Trainor is a Partner Emeritus of Real Estate Services. His commercial real estate experience includes commercial office, shopping centers, retail, industrial flex and warehouse. His residential real estate experience includes New York City multifamily, co-operative apartment conversions and condominium new developments.
Ken has been active in the real estate industry for many years. He has a wide range of experience in estate and individual tax planning. Combined with his real estate expertise, Ken serves as a knowledgeable deal consultant and Partner, and early stage advisory ultimately helping his clients maximize profitability.

Ken has assisted his clients in planning, development, sale, acquisition, construction, leasing and financing of their real estate. He also has expertise in the area of government assisted housing projects which include HUD regulated properties, including 80/20 low income housing. Ken’s clients have converted over $120 million of real estate to a national Real Estate Investment Trust. He has used his knowledge and background to complete many types of IRC Section 1031 Exchanges.
When not in the office, Ken enjoys playing golf.
