With more than 13 years of public accounting experience, she combines a strong accounting background with a consultative approach to connect clients with the expertise and resources that best meet their needs.
Before joining the Growth and Client Solutions team, Lauren provided bookkeeping, outsourced accounting, and advisory services to clients across a variety of industries, including healthcare, pharmaceutical, e-commerce, and SaaS. Her experience in outsourced accounting gives her a deep understanding of the financial and operational challenges businesses face as they grow. She is passionate about building trusted relationships that help clients and their businesses thrive.

Outside of Wiss, Lauren loves to spend time with her son and husband. Her favorite pastimes are summer barbeques with friends, winter holidays with family, and trying out new restaurants.
What's your biggest regret, and greatest achievement? What does success mean for you?
I don’t regret anything because I genuinely view every single setback in my life as a learning moment. My greatest achievement is hands down my two sons – they are the coolest, funniest, kindest people I’ve ever known. Success to me means making a meaningful, positive impact in the work that I do. I want to be known as someone who delivers excellent results, builds strong relationships, and helps other to succeed.
Which book, movie or podcast left a lasting impression on you? Why?
One of my favorite movies is “Miracle” – about the US men’s hockey team at the 1980 Winter Olympics – I’ve watched it countless times. It’s an incredible movie that emphasizes the importance of resilience, teamwork, and unity. “Do you believe in miracles? Yes!”

What’s something intriguing that most people wouldn’t know about you?
I love traditions – I am always sure to follow holiday or family traditions from when I was younger. I also have a very impressive memory.

Everything always works out – don’t worry and be patient!
