Eitan is a Senior Tax Manager and a member of the firm’s Not-for-Profit group. He has provided tax services to charitable organizations, schools, affordable housing, healthcare organizations and hospitals, social welfare organizations, professional associations, and private foundations. He has also helped clients in planning and matters related to ASC 740 (FIN-48), Contributions, Unrelated Business Income, and Public support testing. Prior to joining Wiss, Eitan was with a national accounting firm, where he managed some of their highest-profile nonprofit clients. With a strong tax background, he has successfully helped restructure tax-exempt organizations, advise revenue strategies to minimize potential tax liability, and reinstate exemption status from the IRS.
