Our goal is to provide scholarships for postsecondary education to 100 students by 2030 and bring awareness to the lack of personal finance education.

Laying the Foundation Through Education
Through workshops, information sessions, and formalized courses, our employees take their knowledge and expertise as accountants and impart them on our Impact Partners.
Tailored Coaching & Mentorship
Behind every great leader is a great mentor. We replicate our mentor program with our Impact Partners to share its successes and actualize goals.
Future Readiness
We offer Impact Partner members postsecondary scholarship or a Wiss bookkeeper training program. Funding is provided through the Wiss Foundation.

NJ Devils
Our partnership with the New Jersey Devils strengthens our commitment to enhancing financial literacy through an innovative curriculum, offering students engaging online activities and interactive games to develop essential financial skills, creating a memorable learning experience.
Kelley O’Hara
Kelley O’Hara, a U.S. Women’s National Soccer Team member, World Champion, and Olympic Gold Medalist, collaborates with Wiss to promote financial education, leveraging her platform to raise awareness and empower young athletes and women in sports with essential financial knowledge.
Team Walker
We’ve partnered with Team Walker to empower Jersey City’s youth by providing access to financial literacy education and opportunities to become bookkeepers. Together, we aim to break the cycle of financial vulnerability and contribute to the long-term economic empowerment of the community.
New Jersey Society of CPAs (NJCPA)
NJCPA serves the needs of CPAs, accounting professionals and students in public practice and beyond. Members are supported through educational resources, access to shared knowledge, and committees that serve their interests.
Education for Persistence and Innovation (EPIC)
EPIC is a global interdisciplinary research center learning how to turn failure into success. They use scientific techniques and education to study the critical role that failure plays as a catalyst for innovation and career development.
Strong Girls United Foundation
Strong Girls United actively supports and contributes to initiatives that impart valuable life skills to its participants through the incorporation of physical activity and sports, mental health and well-being activities, and fostering social connections. Wiss recognizes the profound impact these initiatives have on shaping the future leaders of tomorrow.

Princeton Innovation Center brings together resources and services to promote innovation, entrepreneurship, and partnerships in ways that enhance Princeton’s commitment to research, education and service.
Grow it Green
Our partnership with Grow It Green Morristown, a non-profit organization dedicated to sustainable farming, community health, and environmental stewardship, showcases our commitment to sustainability by actively supporting and engaging with initiatives that promote healthy eating, equitable food access, and environmental responsibility within the community.
