Wendy Lin, CPA

Wendy is a Manager in the CFO Advisory Practice and has over 5 years of experience primarily focused on the Real Estate industry. Wendy began her public accounting career in Tax with PwC with a focus on helping her clients maximize their depreciation credits through cost segregation, retail safe harbor studies and fixed asset reviews. After leaving Tax, Wendy went into industry to develop her financial accounting skills through overseeing AP, month end close, supporting external audits, as well as providing training for new employees and partners on the various accounting and AP software such as Bill.com, Quickbooks, Netsuite and Yardi.

Outside of work, Wendy enjoys spending time with her 2 orange fur babies Mango & Pudding (cats), painting acrylic murals, traveling, and reading romance novels.
Fun Facts
If you could be or do anything (money restraints aside), what would you be or do?
I would love to be a full-time volunteer at the ASPCA or any other animal shelter in NYC that helps rescue poor feral cats off the street, provide them with food, shelter and the healthcare that they need. I would love to be a part of helping them become socialized so that they can become adoptable and help them find a warm loving family to go to so that they will never be found wandering the streets again.
