The Approach:
We helped the biopharma company optimize their data reporting and analytics by integrating various data sources, creating custom KPIs and reports, and improving backend data understanding through Power BI and SSRS.
- Enhanced the company’s understanding of backend data structures and
relationships. - Developed robust data models to connect various data points to create
custom KPIs and metrics in Power BI. - Created customized reports using SQL Server Reporting (SSRS), which
were uploaded to Deltek Vantagepoint to be run natively in the interface. - Delivered Power BI reports based on complex calculations, such as the
Gross Margin dashboard and the Utilization dashboard. - Connected offline data sources and Deltek Vantagepoint data into a
single model.
- Trained new users on dashboard maintenance, republishing,
scheduling, and configuration to expand their internal Power BI expertise. - Provided detailed timelines and kept the project on track with best
