Taylor Van Slyck is a Manager in the CFO Advisory Practice with over 7 years of public accounting experience. She began her career specializing in High-Net-Worth Tax at PwC for Private Equity and Hedge Fund clients before transitioning to serve celebrities, athletes, and professional entertainers. Seeking a greater impact, Taylor shifted her focus to Advisory Services, where she pursues her passion for assisting clients in diverse accounting and finance-related areas.
A significant portion of Taylor’s advisory expertise lies in navigating complex government programs such as the Employee Retention Credit (ERC) and the PPP Loan Funding/Forgiveness. Her extensive knowledge within these programs has not only assisted clients during economic hardships but in some situations, helped them survive during the pandemic. Additionally, Taylor oversees Outsourced Accounting engagements and other CFO Advisory projects. One of her key initiatives is leveraging Basis AI within the accounting industry to drive innovation and enhance efficiency.
Her proficiency in accounting software such as Xero, QuickBooks Online (QBO), Deltek Vision, and Deltek Vantagepoint, as well as her extensive experience with Bill.com, Wise, Ramp, and Fathom, ensures streamlined and efficient client support.
Taylor focuses on building strong, lasting relationships with her clients so she can continue to provide them with advisory services in the future. Taylor cherishes quality time with her husband, family, and friends. As an avid runner, she completed her first marathon in 2022 and is now pursuing her goals of finishing a Half Ironman and running a half marathon in all 50 states. When she’s not staying active, Taylor enjoys relaxing at her family’s beach house on the Jersey Shore.
