As a Partner, Ryan primarily focuses on Attestation Engagements and Transaction Advisory Services. He takes pride in forging strong client relationships and in providing consistently outstanding client service. Ryan understands the complex business needs of companies from pre-revenue startups to large consolidated multinational ones, and is involved with clients from ideation to exit.
He has advised companies involved in a wide arena of transactions, including mergers, asset and stock acquisitions, tax-free reorganizations, accounting for complex equity and debt instruments, and succession planning. His proactive approach and dedication to client relationships makes Ryan an invaluable trusted advisor to his clients. Ryan also holds the Series 79 Investment Banking License and Series 63 Securities License.
