Ryan Aug

Ryan serves as a tax manager at Wiss. With six years of experience in public accounting, he dedicates his time working with clients of varying size and industry on matters of tax compliance and planning. He consistently strives to build upon relationships with his clients and offer solutions to meet their challenges.

Ryan joined Wiss in July 2021 and works within the investor-backed client group and international tax group. He continues to be a trusted resource to the firm, refining and further developing the firm’s international tax services available to clients. He works closely with clients to advise on forming and structuring new business enterprises, navigating cross-border transactions, and in proactive repatriation planning. Additionally, he is well practiced in tax research and ASC 740.
