Kelly Hammer
Manager, Wealth Management
As the Manager of Operations in WPCA, Kelly is involved in process improvement and management across functions, from trade operations to compliance to billing to people to client services.
Prior to joining Wiss in 2025, Kelly spent the last seven years at an outsourced investment office for UHNW individuals and family offices. During that time, she navigated three different teams: operations, client services, and research. Kelly focused on streamlining processes, spearheading initiatives for cross-team efforts, client portfolio analysis, and improving client materials.

Kelly lives in Fairfield with her husband Matt and dog Mac. Outside of the office, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, attending concerts and sports events, and traveling to new destinations, near or far. Her favorite trip to date was to Australia due to its incredible landscapes, vibrant culture, and unforgettable experiences like exploring the Great Barrier Reef.
