Which book, movie or podcast left a lasting impression on you? Why?
“The Warrior Within: The Philosophies of Bruce Lee” by John Little is a book that was recommended to me by a close friend and mentor years ago who promised it would change my outlook on life, and it did not disappoint. Many people know Bruce Lee the martial artist and movie star, but few know that he was an astute philosopher, and founded his own school of martial arts and philosophy called ‘Jeet Kune Do’.
Lee’s teachings on adaptability inspired me to always maintain a flexible and resilient mindset through all of life’s challenges, and to continually focus on self-discipline and personal growth. This has allowed me to lead a more holistic and mindful way of living and fostered a deep sense of purpose and resolve in all areas of life.
