Frank is a Partner with over 18 years of experience in public accounting. His specializations include engineering, real estate, and commercial, along with a solid background in state and local income tax issues. Frank is a valuable resource for tax planning for businesses (mainly partnerships and S-Corporations) and individuals. He has represented clients being examined by the IRS and States as well as corresponding with the IRS and States to resolve tax matters.
Recognized as an expert in his field, Frank has been a reliable resource on using tax return preparation software in addition to updating and communicating any relevant changes of tax laws and regulations to the accounting and tax staff.
Frank also presents on various income tax issues to accounting and tax staff internally and is looked to as a mentor to professionally develop younger tax staff.

When not in the office, Frank enjoys spending time with his wife and family. He is also a sports fanatic when it comes to attending and collecting memorabilia.
I believe I’m quite proficient in word and number search puzzles. Doing these puzzles is a nice, relaxing breakaway from life as a tax professional and a parent of young children, although on occasion I will time myself on how long it takes to complete a puzzle, finding the words or numbers in the order listed.
