Erin Silkowski is an Assurance Director with ten years of experience in public accounting serving clients in the construction, real estate, notfor- profit, and employee benefit plan industries. Her focus is audit and advisory consulting services to the construction industry.
As a Director, Erin’s day-to-day responsibilities include managing an engagement team from initial client contact through report finalization, supervising and training the staff, developing and controlling budgets, communicating with clients, and identifying, researching, and resolving accounting and auditing issues encountered on an engagement.
Erin makes it a priority to build strong client relationships, provide excellent client service, and ensure audit efficiency.
Erin is active in the Wiss mentoring program and takes pride in seeing her mentees succeed within the firm. Erin co-leads the assurance learning and development program, teaching several trainings to the department throughout the year. Erin organizes a Habitat for Humanity group build day each year and serves on the audit committee for the Girl Scouts Heart of New Jersey.
