Annmarie Stellato
Director, Advisory
Annmarie Stellato is the Director of Advisory Operations at Wiss. In this role, Annmarie ensures that Wiss employees have a consistent and meaningful experience through value-driven client service, operational excellence, innovation, technology adoption, and process optimization. She acts as a key liaison between the Advisory department and other areas of the firm, fostering seamless communication and collaboration.
Prior to joining Wiss, Annmarie was the Senior Resource Manager for a Top 20 accounting firm. In this role, she led resource planning, staffing, and work allocation for the Private Client Services group. Annmarie has supported both Tax and Assurance service lines. During her career, she had held several people-centric roles including Human Resources, Operations, and Resource Management. Annmarie has worked with leadership, business development, and enterprise technology teams to help streamline operational processes.

Beyond Wiss
Outside of work, Annmarie enjoys spending time with her husband and daughter. Her hobbies include reading, attending concerts and sporting events, trying new coffee shops, and vacationing in Cape May. She reads upwards of 20 books a year and is a lover of all things beauty.
