Stephanie Hughes, the Chief Executive Officer of Wiss Private Client Advisors, developed the Wiss approach to wealth management by incorporating the lessons learned from both her professional and personal experiences.
When it comes to understanding the ebb and flow of the capital markets – what drives them and how institutional investors identify and manage risk, Stephanie spent the first decade of her career working at some of the most innovative and prestigious global investment houses through turbulent investment cycles, including the near- market collapse of 2008.
After working through wealth transition issues for her own family Stephanie saw a need for a more holistic, sophisticated and comprehensive approach to planning and managing both sides of the balance sheet as well as cash flows for individuals and their families. Leveraging her knowledge of capital markets, she developed a total financial concierge approach to wealth management that she built out and perfected during her tenures at UBS International and Merrill Lynch. Her goal: serve as a “Chief Financial Officer and Chief Investment Officer” for families with complex needs.
“My approach is simple. I work with my clients as if they were my family. For me, it’s personal. I have been there and I understand the challenges families face when it comes to managing transitions and their wealth.”
In joining Wiss, Stephanie is fulfilling her commitment to bring the highest quality of unbiased, expert advice to her clients: guardians of family-owned businesses, entrepreneurs and corporate executives.
