He specializes in helping privately-held businesses meet their strategic and financial goals and manage the challenges of growth, cash flow, and organizational restructuring. Russ provides guidance on matters such as business structuring, mergers and acquisitions, compensation formulation, and complicated tax matters. He has represented many healthcare clients before the Internal Revenue Service and state taxing authorities.
