With over 30 years of public accounting experience, Mike LaMotta is Partner-in-Charge of Tax Services. As a taxation expert, Michael has worked on structuring business organizations, mergers and acquisitions, redemptions, liquidations, consolidations, employee benefits, international planning and corporate income taxation. In addition, Mike has extensive experience with high net worth individuals personal wealth management and family office arrangements.
He is a member of Wiss’s Executive Committee.

Beyond Wiss
When not in the office, Michael is a sports enthusiast and enjoys spending time with his family. In his philanthropic efforts, Michael previously served on the Board of Trustees of Montgomery Academy, a private nonprofit school located on the Mendham/Peapack-Gladstone border, as well as serving as Treasurer of The Hunterdon Central Regional High School Girl’s Basketball and Dance Team Booster Clubs.
