Megan Schoeps is a Director in the CFO Advisory group. In her role, she brings over 15 years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, ERP optimization, forecasting, data analytics and staff development. Megan’s focus is on continuous improvement in a collaborative environment.

Megan loves spending time with her husband and their two children. She is also an advocate for mental and physical well-being. For her this includes getting outdoors as much as possible, weight lifting, yoga, reading, drinking tea and making beaded flowers. One of her favorite books is The Five Love Languages by Gary Chapman. It has such a broad application for helping to understand how people communicate and their different motivations.
Accomplishments
Megan started her career at PwC followed by roles of increasing responsibility and breadth. Her experience includes publicly traded and private equity backed pharmaceutical and biotechnology companies from early stage pre-revenue to big pharma. Her areas of expertise include complex technical accounting matters, liquidity analysis and forecasting, cost accounting, ERP implementations, carve-outs, mergers and acquisitions. She is a strategic and “hands-on” financial executive with an eye for identifying financial and process efficiencies while providing insightful financial reporting and analysis to key stakeholders.
Megan is a career center volunteer with Dress for Success Northern New Jersey.
