Martha leads the Early Stage Outsourced Accounting team, which focuses on investor-backed companies. She began her career as an auditor with clients in varying industries, including manufacturing and distribution, retail, professional services, and 401(k) plans. Prior to joining Wiss, Martha was an accounting manager at a pharmaceutical manufacturing company. With over 10 years of experience, Martha brings the knowledge and expertise she acquired through her diverse background in audit and the private sector to her outsourced accounting clients and team members. Martha works with the Early Stage clients to ensure that they have the resources they need to succeed as they continue to grow.
