As the Director of Data Analytics & Business Intelligence at Wiss, Hemachand plays a key role in defining, implementing data and analytics strategies to uncover actionable insights and business opportunities. Hem is responsible for designing data warehouse architecture, development of data exploration, visualization, and reporting capabilities to support business analysis.
Hem is a trusted leader in data analytics space with over 15 years of experience in building scalable data platforms rooted in sound engineering principles for the effective use of data and fuel business insights. He is a transformational leader implementing innovative enterprise-wide reporting and self-service analytics through data governance, high performing, user intuitive and reusable reporting solutions and visualizations. Throughout his career, Hem has built strong and trusting relationships with team members, business partners and senior leadership; worked collaboratively and cross-functionally in pursuit of utilizing data to improve business operations and enable data-driven decision making culture.
