Hayley Stout, CPA
Director, Tax Operations
Hayley Stout is the Director of Tax Operations at Wiss. In this role, Hayley ensures that Wiss employees have a consistent and meaningful experience through value-driven client service, operational excellence, innovation, technology adoption and process optimization. She also acts as a key liaison between the tax department and other areas of the firm, fostering seamless communication and collaboration.
Prior to joining Wiss, Hayley was a tax partner with a Top 20 accounting firm and spent over a decade providing tax compliance and consulting services to hospital and healthcare systems. In her leadership role, which included on-boarding, specialized training, technical development and mentoring, Hayley realized her passion for developing others. This discovery inspired her to take on the Director of Tax Operations role at Wiss so that she can assist others to excel in their careers and achieve professional growth and success.

Beyond Wiss
Outside of the office, Hayley enjoys spending time with her husband and family. Her hobbies include crocheting, landscaping/gardening, and catching up on selective reality TV. She is also an advocate for “adopt, don’t shop” and has a passion for rescuing senior dogs (including her current furry family members, Frank the Beagle and Theo the Chihuahua).
