Dan is a Partner focusing on attest engagements in our Investor Backed Group. He has a passion for being a trusted advisor to clients at all phases of their growth journey from initial investment to exit events. With a proficiency in dealing with complex accounting issues these clients face from business combinations to equity issuances, he is able to help navigate clients through this exciting period.
Before joining Wiss, Dan worked at CohnReznick, performing audits of the firm’s manufacturing and consumer products clients while also serving on the audit engagement of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Association of International Certified Professional Accountants.
