Alex’s specialties include ERP, CRM, Point of Sale, Sales Tax, and point-of-sale systems. Alex is experienced in software product demonstrations, system configuration and implementation, data validation and cleansing activities, business process assessment and redesign, as well as support, training, and organizational change management to ensure his clients are successful with their newest piece of software.
