Wiss Summer Leadership Program

Most accounting programs put you on the sidelines. The Wiss Summer Leadership Program puts you in the work.

Over multiple days in late July, you’ll dive into two immersive workshops per day—each about 2.5 hours—featuring a mix of presentations, hands-on activities, and Q&A with Wiss professionals. Instead of watching from the background, you’ll tackle real business challenges and gain meaningful experience across Assurance, Tax, Advisory, and Business Transformation.

We welcome up to 40 students each summer, creating an interactive, collaborative environment deliberately designed for early-career candidates. While the program is especially valuable for freshmen and sophomores exploring their paths, students at any stage studying Accounting, Finance, or Business Analytics are encouraged to apply.
