By equipping people with the tools to understand and manage their finances effectively, we are not only helping them secure their futures but also strengthening the fabric of our communities.
During the 2023-2024 school year, through our partnership with the EverFi Financial Literacy Program, we reached 1,356 high school students across 15 schools, including 249 students from 6 low-to-moderate-income (LMI) schools. These students completed 4,589 hours of learning and saw a remarkable 27 percentage point increase in their financial literacy assessment scores.
Through a mix of workshops, educational seminars, and community outreach, we continue to promote financial literacy and provide vital support to those who need it most.
Wiss is proud to partner with two-time World Champion and Olympic medalist Kelley O’Hara, a role model who shares our commitment to social impact. Together, we promote open conversations about financial literacy, emphasizing the importance of basic financial education for young people. Through our collaboration, we aim to empower youth with the knowledge and skills necessary to manage their money wisely, fostering a brighter financial future for all.
