Financial Operations Manager
As the Financial Operations Manager at Wiss, Holly plays a key role in supporting the firm’s Wealth Management practice by overseeing operational workflows, strengthening internal controls, and supporting financial transaction oversight to ensure accuracy, transparency, and effective risk management across client accounts.
Holly brings more than a decade of experience in financial operations and accounting within professional services environments. She specializes in improving operational processes, managing high-risk financial workflows, and partnering with accounting, compliance, operations, and technology teams to support scalable and well-governed financial operations.
Prior to joining Wiss, Holly held finance leadership roles at a multi-entity professional services organization where she led billing and financial operations and supported a large-scale ERP implementation. She received multiple internal STAR Awards recognizing her leadership, client service, and process innovation.

Outside of work, Holly enjoys spending time with her two cats, baking, and hiking with her fiancé. She’s also an avid Weather Channel fan —especially during tornado and hurricane season.
