Founded in 1961, the client has invested more than $252 million to provide outstanding patient services and educational programs, elevate public awareness about the disease, and support research designed to unlock the mysteries of PD and ultimately put an end to this disease.

The Challenge:

Client decides to implement NetSuite to gain the organizational benefits that an ERP system can provide.

Post implementation, they encountered challenges which hindered day-to-day operations. The overall system configuration had a low level of usability, making it difficult for successful user adoption to occur. The system made it more difficult to execute processes and End Users needed significant training.

System Configuration:

  • Insufficient approval workflows when recording financial transactions.
  • Lack of dashboards for end users.
  • Lack of customized reports to monitor financial performance.

Manual Process:

  • Full manual entry of budget into their ERP system, line by line
  • Manual payroll journal entries
