Which book, movie or podcast left a lasting impression on you? Why?
For the Love of the Game with Kevin Costner. I am a baseball enthusiast through and through. I love sports movies. In the movie, Kevin Costner would always tell himself when he was on the mound, “Clear the Mechanisms.” That quote resonates with me every day. We are surrounded by distractions and noise every day, and it is essential that you are able to block that out to focus on the task at hand and put your energy on the items that are within your control.
