Michael Castle, CPA

Mike Castle is a Partner servicing clients out of our Flemington office. With years of audit, transaction services and management consulting experience, Michael is uniquely suited to help business owners navigate day to day operations challenges, cash flow management, economic consulting and business planning. Mike is a pioneer for technology and encourages the streamlining of tax and bookkeeping processes.

Mike spent nearly ten years at a global accounting firm working in both Audit and Transaction Services. His portfolio of audit clients included publicly and privately held corporations in the technology and pharmaceutical space. In addition, while in Transaction Services, he served on over 100 transactions on both the buy and sell side, ranging in value from $5 million to $68 billion. Mike served some of the firm’s leading global strategic and private equity clients.

Mike also spent time in Corporate roles as SVP/Controller of a professional sports team and facility as well as serving as a Director of Finance and Controller for a large medical practice and management services company.
