Prior to joining Wiss, Wayne worked as a Corporate Controller for 10 years with experience in Manufacturing, Distribution, F&B, Energy Services, and the Amusement Industry. Wayne has extensive experience with small to medium-sized companies which range from privately held entities to PE backed groups; he also has an immense background in financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, accounting, and budgeting and forecasting. Before Wayne’s Controller role, he served as a Vice President in banking and specialized in Consumer and Business lending. Wayne also has experience in ERP implementation and conversions from QuickBooks to Sage and NetSuite.
