As a taxation expert, Michael has worked on structuring business organizations, mergers and acquisitions, redemptions, liquidations, consolidations, employee benefits, international planning and corporate income taxation. In addition, Mike has extensive experience with high net worth individuals personal wealth management and family office arrangements.
