Dino Zicopoulos is the Partner-in-Charge of the Quality Control Department which handles technical accounting issues for our clients. He works closely with our clients and engagement teams in dealing with various accounting, auditing and operational issues. Dino is experienced in mergers and acquisitions, consolidations, derivative transactions, equity and financing transactions, financial statement disclosure requirements and etc. Dino actively gages new and potential accounting and auditing standards and informs our clients about changes that are or maybe coming.
Dino has in-depth experience in performing audits, reviews, compilations, and other attest work. He provides business advisory and audit services to individuals and privately held businesses.
