As Partner of Firm Operations at Wiss, Carolyn supports the operations of the firm in various ways. Her background in Client Advisory Services has positioned her well to support the firm on internal processes and procedures. By utilizing her strong organizational skills and the experience she gained as the leader of Outsourced Accounting, she leverages her knowledge to manage projects, implement new processes and technology, and act as a liaison between the partners and the technology and transformation leaders. She works closely with firm leadership on strategy and the execution of the strategy across the firm.
Additionally, Carolyn is on the CAS 2.0 Advisory Council for CPA.com and is a member of the Bill Advisory Committee. As a contributor on these two technology and advisory focus groups, Carolyn continues to expand her knowledge base and have direct input on the rapidly advancing industry.
