R.A.S. Logistics had established initial Claude usage within its Finance function but wanted to build broader internal expertise and turn early success into sustained, organization-wide adoption. The goal was to strengthen Claude knowledge within its Center of Excellence so the CoE could serve as an internal resource.
The Solution
Wiss brought its experience in AI enablement and finance transformation to the engagement. This included structured Claude Cowork training for CoE members and guidance on use case identification and prioritization.
The Results
Wiss delivered structured Claude Cowork training to the R.A.S. Logistics Center of Excellence, then worked alongside the CoE to identify priority use cases. With a trained CoE leading enablement, R.A.S. Logistics has taken Claude well past its starting point in Finance. Claude Cowork is now in production, where teams use it to reduce manual effort in multiple business units. Adoption has continued to grow as the CoE brings new teams onto the platform.
