Wiss can be as hands-on in the candidate interview process as you wish, including being present at your meetings with the candidate and even hosting confidential interviews at our offices or a neutral location.

And, if you decide to make an offer, we will work with you to produce an offer framework that we believe will be acceptable both to you and the candidate, based on our discussions with both parties. This minimizes the incidence of rejected offers and gets you the resources you need, smoothly and efficiently.
