Frank has been an integral part of Wiss for the past 20 years. He is a valuable resource for tax planning for businesses and individuals specifically with our Engineering and Architectural firm clients. We can always rely on Frank to be on top of the latest tax laws and regulations. Most importantly, he’s in constant communication with his fellow tax team members, making him a valued mentor on the tax team.
Amanda began her career here at Wiss in our tax department. She was an up-and-coming star in our Tax Group! Her desire to make a positive impact on everyone here led her to a different role in People Operations. Amanda always possessed an ability to accomplish and multi-task while building relationships with others. She is a great listener, compassionate, and understands and acts to make situations better. She’s made a huge difference during her time as COO and has deservedly earned a position to make an even bigger difference as a Partner where she will be responsible for the COO role and work alongside us to build and evolve our Wiss system.
Karen leads our Trusts and Estates team and is the consummate professional and trusted advisor. She has extensive experience advising high net worth individuals and families on sophisticated wealth transfer strategies. Karen is a CPA with master’s degree from Villanova University and also a member of the Estate Planning Council of Northern New Jersey. She is one of the most well known and respected professionals in the T&E community. Karen exemplifies the Wiss culture through her exemplary client service and her dedication to training and development.
Jay has shown great ability to maintain and grow client relationships across many of the firm’s market sectors. With the years he spent in the assurance practice and recently providing senior leadership in both the CFO and Transaction Advisory service lines, Jay embodies what it means to be part of the Wiss team.
When Kevin joined the firm, he was initially tasked with starting and leading the Recruiting Services practice. He quickly demonstrated his ability to lead this practice and established the Wiss recruiting brand within our client base. In addition, due to the firm’s growth and the increased demand for talent, Kevin took over the responsibility for recruiting all experienced hires within the firm. His leadership and guidance related to the internal recruiting efforts have truly transformed the firm. Under Kevin’s recruiting leadership the firm is poised for great things in the coming years.
